I started Branch Properties Accessibility Specialists back in 2011 after seeing the need for a company that understood and empathised with the shortage of accessible housing. My father lived with MS for over 30 years and I watched his struggle trying to find accessible housing and with my lived experience, I made a promise to make a difference.
For over 11 years now, I have been promoting and providing accessible housing, ensuring that there is a place to go assistance when looking to rent, selling or looking to buy accessible housing. As an accessible housing expert, I am passionate about matching up the right people with the right properties and ensure that they are all promoted in the right way and adaptions are sold as selling points, as they should be!!
Known as ‘The Accessibility Specialists’ I am proud to say that my company fully understands the difficulties those have finding, renting and selling accessible properties and can provide practical help, support and solutions. .
Clients come to us in desperation having unsuccessfully searched for accessible housing. The difficulties they face include being shown unsuitable housing which, irrespective of description, has stairs or is too small for wheelchair access, and that’s just the start.
Equally, vendors come to us as they have struggled to sell their accessible home, as the property hasn’t been marketed as such and is not clearly and easily shown as accessible. That is where we come in. We can help you every step of the way…
